Interface Developer
If you are an Interface Developer with 4+ years of Interactive experience who is passionate about designing highly visible interfaces from great creative that no browser can trip - Read on!
What are the requirements:
•Has 4+ years of demonstrated development experience with hand-coding advanced XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Cross Domain scripting, Flash and ActionScript (AS2, AS3)
•Experience with Flash integration with middleware and database
•Experience with Flash video is an asset
•Is proficient in cross-browser/cross-platform issues and web standards
•Able to apply standardize styles (graphical or css) throughout site template without design mockups
•Works well under pressure and deadlines
•Strong attention to detail
•Can think through a problem and assess possible solutions - process-driven
•Has proven ability to build trust and confidence with people at all organizational levels
•Demonstrated ability to learn new technical applications and approaches
•Post-secondary degree/diploma in computing sciences/computing or equal work experience technologies or related experience/education
•Enjoys and is successful in a team environment
Additional Technical Skills:
•Experience with JSP, XML, ASP and/or PHP
•Experience with Relational Databases (mySQL / SQL Server, DB2)
•Familiarity with Object-Orientated programming
•Familiarity with Source Code Control Systems
•Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, MooTools or Prototype
•Framework experience such as Zend, CodeIgniter or CakePHP
•Experience with building RIA’s (rich internet applications)
•Experience with user interface design and usability
What are you responsible for:
•Completion of development tasks within specified timelines
•Develop code that adheres to internal coding standards
•Take responsibility for the development, testing, and management of digital assets such as websites and emails
•Work with a dynamic team of marketing and interactive leaders to create and manage world-class web-based programs
•Manage multiple projects at any given time
